SOO, As I dig into a bunch of stuff I decided I would check the pump and lines out for the Top. I was wondering why there was a can of fluid in the trunk..
I see one line was off the pump. I pushed it into the valve and it worked for a minute and then came off again like I figured.
I loosened the valve and pushed the line in but this time I covered it with a gas hose I had.
I used hose clamps and filled. My Top moves up and down now. Im sure its not going to stay forever but I wanted to try it.. Ill keep all posted.
Tomorrow I change the Coil packs, next day Im changing the Sway bar links there destroyed and clanging the sway bar up and down...Horrible noise but easy fix I hope...

Just know that the pump puts out a full 1600psi. I will be surprised if it holds.
