2001 xkr restricted performance or damaged bottom end

hello everyone, this site is the best, reading through posts have helped me solve small problems on my 2001 jaguar xkr. i have not been able to find a post that can help me with my current situation,

i drove over massive pothole cracked transmission cooler and oil pan, drove car few blocks before motor oil completely drained and restricted performance activated. towed car home the rest of way.

took car to local mechanic and had transmission cooler, oil pan and crank position sensor replaced, turned on and 4 cylinders are not firing. i think restricted performance is still on.

can anyone help me with an approach in narrowing down problem, i love this car and i only have 55k mile

By 'not firing', do you mean no spark for one bank, or no evidence of running on one bank?

Without a wiring diagram in front of me, I'd be suspecting a common ground for the injector circuit that was removed during repair and not reattached.

The best way we can assist is to know what the current engine codes are. Pull the codes and post the numbers and we can go from there.
Additionally, since things were fine before the damage and repair, I would recommend reviewing the steps in the repair and see if anything could have been done incorrectly causing the problem.
You should also check the underside and see if by chance the ground cable from the engine to the chassis is no longer connected, disconnected would cause weird electrical activity with the ignition system.
