2002 XK8 Door Speaker Cloth

Short of replacing the drivers door panel, does anyone have a suggestion on replacing the doors speaker cloth cover?
Not seeing it listed as a separate item in any parts breakdowns.
Appears previous owner tore it while exiting the car.

I have recovered numerous speaker grills dating all the way back to the late 1970s. I have always been able to find exactly the type and color of grill cloth I needed at most of the various fabric stores....
