Interior Cleaner vs. Damp Cloth?
Hello,
Just recently purchased a 2010 XF Premium and was wondering which interior cleaning product(s) are suited best? I've always kept up on keeping my vehicles clean and a damp cloth got the job done just fine (I never really cared for the sticky/greasy feel of some products out there). Is it recommended to use a leather cleaner and conditioner (all in one) or should I just stick with my damp cloth method for the seats/dash/etc?
Thanks!

Damp cloth is great for shifting most things, Jaguar supply a leather cleaner and conditioner. But to be honest if the car is only 12 months old it shouldn't have ground in grime. Just a spot mild detergent and your damp cloth should be fine.
Thanks! I don't plan on cleaning it any time soon but wanted to know what would be appropriate when that time comes. I just stopped by a Jaguar dealer and they informed me Jaguar discontinued their interior cleaning products. The service employee also informed me the Jaguar products were not as good as other leading ones.
Lexol works well. Meguiars has a good reputation and Jaguar dealers used to market Meguiars.
For dusting the interior I have used a "paintbrush" style dust brush and a nifty synthetic "rubber" pad which attracts dust and then washes clean under the tap.
