2003 XK8
Just found this group today...have not needed it before. The amber color engine light is on. This started yesterday, car seems to run fine but about 2 months ago a friend borrowed it and said the car stalled on him several times in a row and then ran fine.We have had not any stalling issues so we thought he was nuts. Now this light is on but the car does not appear to have any operating issues. This car has been troublefree so wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

The light.....if check engine....9/10 times is for evap leak and 9/10 on the 03 XK is a little hose at canister leaking.
Get the codes read....can be done for free at autozone. If your car has select edition warranty....you will be covered at the dealer.
