Default 2003 XKR airbag warning stays on

2003 XKR airbag warning light stays on. SRS CODE B1342 Control module internal failure and CODE B2692 Passenger safety belt buckle switch circuit fault. I replaced this with a new one and I get same reading as above. The car was not in an accident. What module is the B1342? The car after key on for 2 minutes gives of 5 beeps 5 different times then quits.

For 2003 XK I'm seeing B1342 as a CATS fault. Worth checking in case I've found the right meaning. Sorry if I haven't!

If I have, it's the ADCM (Adaptive Damping Control Module).

Just be sure it's not a power/ground/battery problem (#1 suspect most of the time).

My RCM will no longer respond with scanner. I got another one which has to be flash programed. Jaguar told me $400.00 charge with no guarantees. If the tech took 30 minutes to program is the module that 30 minutes included a coffee break. The 5 beeps went away and the yellow light doesn't bother me. If it did I would remove the bulb. I will live with it until I find a reasonable charge for programing.
