I had a new key made and programmed at the dealer for my 2004 XK8. The new one does not have a remote but is the front half of it. When they returned my car the original remote did not work. The dealer says the key programming does not affect the remote. I have to wonder since it worked fine when I took it to them and now it does not. Any suggestion or info?
