So, I am getting ready to do a 2005 conversion on my 2001 XKR. I have the big parts, the front and rear bumpers, side skirts, spoiler and grill.

I have some questions about some of the smaller parts. Does anyone know what I will need to install the rear bumper, is it just different guide blocks? Does anyone have the part numbers for the bits that are needed?

It looks like the fog lights for the front are going to be the same, is this right?

I will patch the wheel liner, and replace the undertray. Is there anything else I need?

Why? 2001-2002 models look better, imho. 3 piece grill is nicer than the wide grinned later model, squared off side rockers are not as svelte as rounded previous ones. I still think 2003-2006 are beautiful cars, don't get me wrong, but not enough differences to justify cost. I'd rather put the twin screw in, now that will really make a 2001 stand out.

 

All it is, is a bolt 8mm dia with a large washer on it, I did have one some where? I would of taken a pic but cant find it part no, is C2N3416

Please take some photos especially for the front bumper. I just added the Arden kit but I have a gut feeling the front lower spoiler won't survive due to our high curbs and driveways. I've thought about the 05 bumper just in case. It seems to go with the rest of my kit.
