That looks like a nice car and nicely priced but the mileage seems on the high side. I wonder if the owner lived in Santa Barbara and commuted up and down the coast. The only thing to be more cautious about is being near the coast what with the salt water.

Seems like a very good buy. The black/black kills it for me, and there's too much wheel and not enough tire for my rear end. But, an '06 XKR for that sure beats all the dealers who are trying to get $20-28K for 03-04-05's.

They don't look right on a Jag. Makes you wonder why the owner had to change them, as the car came with 20" wheels as standard.
You certainly have easy access to more information from vendors in the US than we do in the UK:
VIN: SAJDA42B763A46568 (from dealer ad)
Date manufactured and shipped to dealer: 04/01/2005 (from Carfax link)
Title issued by California Motor Vehicle Dept: 02/10/2006 (from Carfax link)
Odometer at registration: 16 (from Carfax link)

Those are factory Victory Edition BBS wheels and look great in real life.
Lack of service records is suspicious but would the vehicle not have had more mandatory emissions inspections? Carfax also shows only one service record on 12/20/2011 and one emissions inspection on 02/06/2012.
I also recently sold a 2002 supercharged Grand Prix in MD. I was also the original owner. My Jag replaced this car. Other than some work done at the dealer under warranty, and several sets of tires done elsewhere, and 1 windshield, nothing else could show on the Carfax as I did all the work myself. Of those places where I did have the previous work listed, only about 40% of them hit the CARFAX. I've also looked at CARFAX's for all my cars at some point. While CARFAX is an extremely useful tool, it is only as good as what is reported.
I think that car is a bargain, as long as you plan on doing the majority of any maintenance or future work. If it were closer, I'd push to make it the wife's car.
The Perseus BBS rims do a lot for the car. I put them on my XKR about a year ago and the car looks amazing. They are large though, so are [obviously] not for everyone, but I feel they make the XKR look a bit more exotic - and they improved the handling as well.
