Default 2006 xkr passenger seat dilemma.

Hello, folks.
I spilled some water on my passenger seat. Some went down between the back of the seat and the seat, seat. The next day the seat had moved forward and the up down, forward, headrest, nothing worked. The back rest was stuck at an almost 90-degree angle....unusable.
Today, I guess, after drying out, everything works again except for the back rest that is struck at the 90-degree angle. Weird. When I move the back rest control I hear a "something" working, but no movement. Is there a fuse for the back rest? I checked the forum and came up empty. #jagownership.

I spilled water in the driver seat of my XKR yesterday, and nearly the same thing! When I returned to the car today, the drivers seat was forward and tilted up, and will not move. I did leave the ignition key in all night. Any body have ideas?
Will try a hard reset tomorrow.

Is a hard reset disconnecting the battery? I tried that and it did not work. Everything works after a 2 day no touch dry out except the backrest. Oh boy.
