I have floor mats with the eyelits in them but there are no anchors in the floor in front of the seats. On the drivers side I see two holes, looks like something (anchor hook?) may be abe to snap in on drivers side. Pass side I see where two holes could be but they appear to have a cap in them. It has a flat head screw driver like cut on top of the plug.

I'm almost certain the holes, and capped holes on the passenger side, are for floor mat anchors. Whether the parts are available from a Jaguar dealer is doubtful, but Ford vehicles have had the anchors for many years and the parts might be available from them.

 

2006 Toyota Tundra trucks have similiar anchors. (not the current recall variety)
