I would like to thank the folks that responded to my first post regarding the title...However, since my car is my 2nd XK8...I think how all things electrical are related in one way or another. I did n't mention that my oil pressure and voltage gauges are straight up and not moving...they come to life at start and a brief red signal in the background shows current...I have checked their fuses...they're OK...Now today I put a new battery in...and still have same info reporting...My next move is to clean the sensors...and then onto the ABS module....Just wondering if there is something that connects all problems....Decades ago, I grew up driving a TR3 and Austin Healeys....even then we referred to "Lucas" as The Prince of Darkness...Thanks
