Default ABS brake bleeding

Is the ABS under pressure? If so do you need to depressurize in order to bleed the system in order to replace with new fluid? What is the proceedure to depressurize if required?

Nothing in the search about this nor in the FAQ unless I overlooked it.

There is no pressure on the ABS system at rest. It only 'manages' the pressure applied by the brake master cylinder or in the case of a traction control system add pressure to manage wheel speed under direction of its programming logic.

Bleeding is no different than any other system although there have been posts about the wheel bleed sequence. Other than saving a few minutes and a few ounces of fluid I cannot see that a sequence would have any affect since there is a dedicated line from the ABS module to each wheel.
