can you fix the temp display ? or do i send it out for repair ? did not find a thred on this .

The other 419 who have viewed this thread must be thinking the same as me. I wonder exactly what he means by "fix"?

If you mean the dark shading that creeps across the display I have the same issue. I took mine apart to find the lcd is soldered onto the board with about 20 pins so it would not be a straightforward fix even if you could source a new lcd. I bought a used display that didn't have the fault in the end.
