Default AC hose "How To" HELP !!!!

I am planning to replace the AC Freon line (Low Pressure side) from the evaporator to the compressor. Has anyone done this before? Trying to figure out if it is as hard as I think. Any thoughts welcomed.

I just posted this a few weeks ago either on this forum or the OTHER jag forum.
In fact I just replaced the same line(s) on a 1999 convertible a month ago.
The replacement is going to consist of TWO shorter hoses instead of the original one-piece.

There is a TSB (412-10) for this procedure but it is for a whistling noise on a sedan. The X308 and X100 share the same engine/compressor setup so the two piece hose is the replacement and the TSB can be followed to cut and replace the old hose on either car. The X308 might have a different part number than the X100.

My car is was built in August of 99, so I guess that already changed to the 2 piece hose. I think after removing the expansion tank, it looks to be an easy fix. Thanks for the input.
