I added the 2nd LED rings this weekend. I found them on Ebay, $95 with shipping. I removed the passive red reflectors. The rings mount on 3 points with the same orientation as the reflectors. The cutouts for the wires are already there so it was simple. I was done with both sides in less than an hour. The electrical was easy. I just scotch locked the wires to the existing wires They work fine and no check tailight message.

Great job. You are moving right through your projects at very nice clip! Looking at your Gallery pictures, I am find the OEM/LED comparison picture most telling. I know that it is a personal preference type issue, but for myself, I just didn't like my original tail lights. I REALLY like the LED conversion! Pairing them up with a nice aftermarket Exhaust System makes a huge difference. Now that you have done both, what is your next project?

Thanks Brian, I agree. I think the stock lights look plain. As far as the next project, well H20BOY did a fantastic sound and nav system upgrade. I'm thinking of something like that. I need to do the brakes too.
