Air filter, when to replace? (Photo included)

Well, I figure it's about 40k since it was changed so I popped $30 for a Wix one at O'reilly, according to the test I linked to they seem decent (if it translates to other filters) - high flow through and good dirt collection. Next time I'll get one on ebay, if she holds up another 40
