Airbag light

Hi all I have a 2006 XKRs Final edition the airbag light has come on and wont go off, the seatbelt light doesnt go out even when its being worn. airbag light doesnt flash just comes on constan.

Have had 3 garages connect it to their code machines, no errors show on airbag system

I have pulled the connectors sprayed contact cleaner in there and made sure all wires are visibly good at the connector.

Anybody had this?

My '04 has had the airbag light on sincI bought(March 2017). I have tried all of the forum(there are many) to no avail. Code is 22. OBDII says no error. If you are successful please let usknowhowyou did it.

I had a permanent Airbag light on my 2005 XK8 4.2-S Final Series which we eventually traced to a fried Air Bag Control Module. This module is known for self destructing! The full story is in this thread:
