The airbag light in the dash, and the one on the passenger side, is sometimes randomly turning on and off. I've read something that a failing wiring harness could be the cause. Where is this harness located?

Any other ideas on what might cause these lights to blink like a christmas tree?

Count the blinks of the dash light. It should correspond to a two digit number. It repeats several times before going solid. That airbag code will tell you what is likely wrong.
