Does anyone have an AUS/NZ disk for the Alpine units that I could borrow.

My XKR which I imported from the UK only has outdated maps for the other side of the world.
Having outdated maps for this side of the world be be nice but what really bugs me is that I am only able to set the clock to UK or Western European timezones.
There doesn't seem to be a way to get it to GMT+10 given the current DVD.

I know there isn't any map recent updates but a clock that can't even tell the correct time is just rubbing me up the wrong way.
Hopefully its just a case of inserting the correct DVD and setting the timezone.

BTW - I am in Brisbane, so if there is anyone local we could meet up for quick test.

Tried them they only do XK 2006 on wards looking at one for a XKR 2000 uk import

 

Can anyone confirm that there WAS an Australian disk produced for these units?
Was GPS ever offered here in Australia?

If not I would seem to be barking up the wrong tree.
Maybe the best option all round it to do the GVN-53 conversion.
