I have 1998 XJ8, excellent radio. But I notice no reception on radio for AM or FM. I found loose antennae cable on the antenna at the rear, and reconnected. Now FM comes in well, but still no reception on AM. Is there a different antenna for that or did I somehow connect the cable to the antenna wrongly?

 

I think the problem is it's 2017-- are there still AM stations :-)
