Default anti freeze coming from drain tube

2005 XK8
Anti freeze has been dripping from the drain tube kind of regularly now. Not sure what to look for. It started with low coolant warning where it only needs a small amount to fill and then the warning is gone. This has happened a few times now. I noticed the antifreeze dripping out of the drain tube onto the ground. Since the temp gauge is fake I am concerned.

Where is the drain tube? Fluid should go to the atmospheric tank and then return as the engine cools.

I'd guess that the tube to the atmospheric drain tank has come out of the tank, so you're venting coolant onto the floor. You need to remove the wheelarch liner and have a look.
