Started up after a an hour highway drive.

 

Vacuum Leak ? From the video it seems very consistent as opposed to fluctuating

 

that is interesting guess, it is a consistent whistle. I was fighting a vacuum leak that i thought i won. I did not have any codes on the drive.

Stick the end of couple of foot of garden hose in one ear, block the other ear, and move the open end of the hose around the engine bay until it is pointing at the source of the sound. You will know as soon as the hose is pointing at it.
