Back windows

I have a 2000 XK8 convertible Top will not pull down and latch,can latch it manually . How or is there away to get the Back windows up,manually so I can be warm this winter? Just want to get them up for winter Thanks to all who can HELP !! br549

First check the fluid in the pump tank and the petcock closed.
