I couldn't find any threads newer than a year or so old and I thought there might be some newer technology out there. Since the rain sensor is part of the existing mirror mount, have any of you tried one of the kits where the monitor clips over the mirror instead of replacing it? Does it work well? Does it look mickey-mouse? Bluetooth coupling worth it, or since I'd have to run power to the monitor anyway not much more work to connect to the camera?

The mirror screens do not work well with the top down. To much glare to see them. I have a camera wired to the Nav screen and even it is an issue with the top down. Most back up camera screen are recessed a little to prevent glare.
