Default BBS 20 " wheels

I was cleaning my BBS wheels and noticed that one of the fake star bolts was missing on one of the wheels. Anybody have any idea where I can find a replacement piece? It looks like they are presssed in with Loctite.

They are not fake, you undo all those bolts and wheel centre will fall out, they are a true 2 piece wheel!

Like said these should be genuine bolts.

Someone may have refurbished the wheels and snapped one or more of the bolts, they can be difficult to to remove, and just glued the head(s) back in

When I looked closely into the hole, I did not see any screw threads for screwing the bolt in, it looked like a hollowed out hole that originally had a pressed in bolt head. The hole was about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep. I will take it to Tire Rack and have them look at it. If part of the rim is attached buy these bolts, could it be taken off without removing the wheel? Is this piece made out of plastic? I noticed that It had a little curb rash which took off some of the paint on the edges which looked like plastic and not metal. According to the BBS web site they are the OZ Superleggera III wheels.

I posted a thread about one of my 20 inch BBS wheels missing one of the spline bolts and the article from XKRACER helped a lot. Apparently the bolt head broke off when the last owner had the tires replaced before I bought the car. It would appear, to fix this problem, that the broken bolt would have to be removed. All the rims are in really excellent condition except for the broken bolt head. I was thinking of gluing a similar type bolt into the hole and forget about the problem until the next tire change. Any other suggestions?

Do not leave the wheel with broken bolts!
As XKRacer said these bolts hold the 2 pieces of the wheel together, if enough of the bolts are damaged worst case the wheel could fall apart when you are driving along.
