A long time ago I bought this:

from automotivetouchup.com, but it's too dark and not "sparkly" at all, more like a matte dark blue really, clear coat does not help nor does fresh primer.

Where can I find the good stuff?

Order mine from the dealer C2S1137JHE Sapphire Blue touch up paint pencil. 2 containers paint and clear lacquer It never paid much attention to ths sparkles, it looks as if there maybe some in the tubes. I was just coving up pits and areas that the primer was showing. I wish they would add a color to the primer when they spray the cars.

 

I was at the jag dealer the other day and got touch up paint for my wheels. Base coat and clear sealer for @ $26. Delivered in @ a week.

 

I definitely second Dr. Color Chip. The stuff is great.
