Default Bit of a ‘chuggy’ run out

40 mile trip out for some lunch time grub in the sun. Noticed some very slight hesitation going up some inclines, like not all cylinders were firing correctly, or some sort of partial fuel blockage. Very slight, but even the better half noticed it without me saying anything.

got home and did an OBD11 diagnostic. The result were some red X’s - pics attached.

What do they mean?

thanks
Jules

Pardon my ignorance, but why/where would you grease coil packs?
My coil pack failures were due to prolonged heat built up breaking down the electrical insulation.

tbh, I'm not 100% the mechanic said exactly 'greased', I've been wracking my fading memory. But he definitely said hed (something like) lubricated/greased the coils to help protect them from the heat you mention. Meant nothing to me, but if he felt whatever he did will help protect/prolong life and performance of the coil packs, then I trust him. Just been on another 50 odd mile trip, and things are running as smooth as my buttocks! Re tested and still all green ticks on misfires. Apparently there was one spark plug slightly sooted, so I'm assuming it was the culprit. They all needed changing anyhow.

Maybe he was referring to dielectric grease:
"Dielectric grease is normally utilized when doing athorough tune-up on either a diesel or gasoline engine. To use dielectric grease during a car tune-up, you should apply just a smidgen of it inside each spark plug’s rubber boot and then smear it nicely."
