Default Blinking Lights?

At night, on nice steady highway runs, I've noticed my lights sort of blinking or flickering. They don't actually go out - it's more like the brightness drops for a split second. This affects all lights: instrument, headlights, radio & temperature windows, and even the overhead courtesy lights. All flicker at the same time.

Sound familiar to anyone? Am I expecting total darkness some night soon?

Thanks!

Check the following:
-Battery connections. Also the cable crimp on the battery terminal might need to be re-crimped in a vise. The crimp problem is more prevalent on 2003+ cars.

-Megafuse connections near the spare tire for loose nuts on heavy cable lugs.

-Power connection on fuseboxes (heavy cable bolted to each fusebox for loose nut ).

For safety from shorts, disconnect the battery before putting a wrench on power feeds!

Thanks White,

How about grounding points? Do any of those cause frequent problems? Which/where?

Thanks!

It could be grounds, but judging from past posts, it is loose nuts on the power feeds that typically cause the most problems along with the battery terminal crimps.
