BlueTooth over CD Changer?

BlueTooth over CD Changer?
Hey Lads,
My CD changer in the boot is messed up and I hate using CD's anyway.
I want to get rid of it and replace it with a free-standing BlueTooth device I picked up. The unit receives BT and spits out analog on a pair of RCA outputs.
I can place the BT receiver somewhere in the back area (has great range anyway) and use that instead. So my question then becomes, "are there holes in this plot"?
For the output of the CD changer to the stereo - are they analog and can the CD changer outputs be rewired to RCA in the boot?
