Default Brembo brake question

My recently acquired convertible R has what I believe are the uprated Brembo brakes. The discs appear to be 355 mm on the front and 320 mm on the back and they are cross drilled.
The calipers are significantly bigger than the ones fitted on my coupe which has the standard brake set up.

The rear right hand brake has a tendency to squeal badly at certain times and my plan is to check all the pads and re seat them with some anti seize compound. I have had a local brake specialist look at the discs today and he's happy the discs are in good order.

What causes the brake to squeal like that?

Our UK climate doesn't help for a start with to the combined effects of rain and road salt.

Two issues I had with the Brembo brakes on my 2005:

1. the caliper body oxidising. This is the front RH (see top left corner circled in red) which was the worst of the four.

The caliper body oxidation was distorting the chromed slipper plate and causing the pad to bind.

2. the pad retaining pins are very small diameter compared to those on standard brakes. They can bend and again this causes the pads to bind.

Brake squeak can be caused by several reasons. Most common is the pad moving around inside the caliper on very light application. Most times applying an anti squeal paste on the rear of the pad itself stops the pad moving and eliminates the noise. I use a red liquid paste from Bendix. Another reason is pad type. Metallic and semi metallic pads will make noise whereas ceramic are less likely. Also the guide pins might not be lubed, that would cause uneven pad movement within the caliper.

The pads in my Mustang's brembos squeal a little if no anti squeal grease is applied. Mustangs can be equipped with very similar designed 4 piston Brembos.

Almost every Brembo Mustang at an autocross squeals because they don't want to get greasy when swapping pads at the track. Between the Flowmasters and the Brembos, You can tell when a mustang runs blindfolded.

We don't have any road salt in Texas, but I can see where that would make it much worse.
