Default C1095

I have a 1999 XK8 showing "restricted performance" with both amber and red engine lights on. Only code showing up is the C1095. Is that really something that will trigger the performance? I have had other cars with ABS issues that never restricted performance, is that a British thing?

Yes, British people do tend to think that brakes are pretty important, unlike those excitable foreigners that just bounce off other cars to slow down.

For Europeans, you are certainly referring to Ferrari drivers. And in the USA, it has to be a reference for the ubiquitous “car & coffee” Mustang or Shelby enthusiast. (….Hey, It takes one to know one ! )

I think it's all Italian drivers when parallel parking - reverse until you hit the car behind, go forward until you hit the car in front. Repeat until you are vaguely in the space you were aiming for. No need for parking sensors.
