So I changed the window regulator which wasn't a bad job once my memory came back but now the rear window doesn't work in sync. When I put the top down the first thing is the rear windows go down - well the new regulator side doesn't go all the way down at first. Once the top is down and everything else is done then the back window goes down the rest of the way. Sometimes it stays up a few inches and sometimes more. I have tried syncing the front windows and that helped on the adjustment but did nothing to this issue.

Also when the window goes up I need to pull on it for the last inch or so like the new motor isn't strong enough. Can further adjustment fix this?
