Default CATS shocks

Another question: The CATS shocks are electrically controlled, so can I assume that when the car is not running, the shocks are in "firm" mode or not working? when I did a "bounce" test, the shocks felt quite firm and there is no loose rebound.

Yes. The Shocks require voltage on them to go to the "Soft" Mode. Key Off will give the "Firm" Mode.
