Default CD changer fuse...

2005 XKR...CD changer totally dead, no clicks or buzzes, won't try to eject cartridge, nada. Looks like there is no power. I found the cig lighter fuse was blown but everything else in the car seems to be working. Can't locate which fuse this thing is on.

There are 5 fuse boxes in the XK's. Most likely, CD player fuse would be in the trunk fuse box (beside battery in trunk). If you have the owner's manual, it will tell you which exact fuse in which fuse box.

have the legend, it does not say which the changer is on. Checked every fuse in the trunk and passenger dash with no luck

The player derives its power over the AI-Net cable. On a 2005, you likely have premium audio, so this cable is plugged into the power amp....fuse F18 in the trunk fuse box.
