Default Center dash panel wood and color?

Hi,

Does anyone know what wood this panel is made of and if there's a code or name for the color?

Thanks,
Kari

If that's from your 2003, I think it's Birds Eye Maple.

Thanks. Yes, that's from my 2003 XKR. I'm looking to fill the sat nav button holes with similar wood finish (I'm replacing the nav unit with a smartphone). I just ordered some birds eye maple veneer sheets from ebay and plan to do some tests using Liberon Tudor Oak wood dye and polished gloss varnish.

Yes, I have burl walnut in mine and it looks different. So I'd say Birds Eye maple.
