Changed Battery
Howdy Folks!!...
Well... My Jag started loosing the "window" memory for opening and closing doors, so I picked up a new battery (what a monster). And no wonder it didn't work right... it was a Mercedes Benz battery (chuckle). Anyhoo...I found a couple of wires down there that were a puzzle to me, so I thought I'd uploads a picture and see what I could find out. I can't see a thing that they would go to.... I hope this works...

Thanks Folks

Probably the In-Transit device. Keeps power to the windows ONLY during transit. ( as across the pond) No power to anything else until key is used. Device is removed by dealer and returned to Jaguar. At least that's the story I was told. Never seen one....
i was just looking at mine today...on the search for a new battery and i saw the exact cable you took a picture of...i thought it was maybe for a flashing triangle in the trunk for the police or livery version of the car :-)
