Chatter noise once warmed up / worse on hot day.
I recently noticed a slight chatter noise coming from the front undercarriage on a warm day or after driving the car hard at regular temps. It only engages when I step on the gas at low RPM’s. Initially it was only noticeable after I drove it hard, but now it seems fairly constant on a hot day. I tried using the search tool but found little results. I don’t think it is a problem with the engine, as when I put it in drive or neutral and rev it, no chatter noise is present. Maybe it is something to do with the driveshaft or transmission??? Or exhaust???
Any advice or tips on certain areas to inspect would be greatly appreciated!!
