Climate control fan seems to be going out
Started Friday, with a noise coming out of the right most vent, sounded like the blades were hitting something. So I turned off the fan for a couple of moments and then back on and the noise was going. Well today it came back and turning off the fan did not help, but after a few minutes the noise went away.
Where is the fan located and what do I have to do to change the motor?
Car is a 01.
Thanks

Thought you had fixed it and was going to tell us what the problem was.
I have heard reports of insulation coming loose and sticking the blend valve and have experienced leaves on another car hitting the fan but don't remember an actual fan failure on these cars.

That sounds similar to my problem described here:

There's a video on there of the noise that you can compare to.
I've ordered the aux heat pump and I'll be getting it fitted this week, so I don't know if that fixed it for me ( or if we have the same problem, but it sounds like it ).
