Default Clockspring Connections 97 XK8

I have been trying to find the clockspring and it's connections in the electrical diagrams. I can locate the cruise control and brake switch wiring and thought the clockspring would be located in Fig. 04.2, but I don't see it.
Would one of you with more experience please take a look and tell me what I'm missing?
Thank you RJ_________

Search the pdf for the word 'cassette'. Anywhere you find a square with a circle inside with 'cassette' written underneath is a clockspring connection.

There are some connections on 4.2 BTW, as well as other pages.

I believe the word "Cassette" is used to identify the Clockspring Assembly. The connections to the Clockspring are through connectors SW1 and SW2.

That was simple enough, thank you. Trying to find out why the cruise control is not working. The brake switch is good.

My search has ended for now. After checking the brake switch I cleaned the plug and now cc works. That may not have been the problem, but I subscribe to the if it works don't......... club. From now on I will use it every time I take the car out. I assume there are sliding contacts in the clockspring and lack of use may have been a problem.

I had some DTC's and cleaning the Connector Contacts to the MAF/IATC Connector solved the problem.

Cleaning connections can solve a number of problems with bad signals from Sensors.

The Clockspring does NOT have Sliding Connections. The connectors to the Steering Wheel include critical connections to the Airbag. The Clockspring winds and unwinds without the possibility of a intermittent or poor connection. Of course, the Connectors that connect to the clockspring could be problematic.
