Default Convertible headliner replacement

I removed my headliner last summer and had a new one made of suede. Does anyone have a video here or on youtube as to how it goes back in?I now....I should have taken a video when I was removing, I remember some of it but not all. Thanks in advance

AFAIK there is no video. Do you have JTIS? There are instuctions there. If you have specific questions I can try to help, but I will be going off of memory also from 1 1/2 years ago when I did mine.

Hi White, No I don't have JTIS, I haven't started putting it back on but when I do if I have any questions I'll be asking thanks

One thing I recall from those instructions was that removing the rubber convertible top seals appeared to be totally unecessary.

Also, get an old pillow or a stack of towels to kneel on...you are going to be on your knees in an uncomfortable position for a loooong time.

Does this JTIS have a date range? Would I be correct in assuming that it also applies to my Jan. 2002 XKR?

Thanks for any info.

JTIS had XK coverage from '97 to '04. "05 and '06 were essentially unchanged from '04. You do look up by year, and there are differences.

I do know the convertible headliner design changed from a 2 piece to a one-piece mid-2001, so I assume JTIS was updated.
