I recently fitted the roof module and it's fantastic. Great bit of kit, excellent fitting instructions and Steve's help over the weekend via email was invaluable (bearing in mind I'm in the UK). I'd whole heartedly recommend buying this.

Steve any idea when the front obstacle detection unit might be available?

Thanks for the good word Jody! As others have said once they had the remote top installed, it should have been standard on these convertibles!

Hopefully I will be able to get to the front obstacle detector in 2013.

If you don't have you really should get one. It's the hippest addition to your XK8/XKR. I am so satisfied with mine. Thanks Steve.

waiting for the front obstacle detector and order the remote top module at the same time. But i cant wait. Orderd the "remote top" yesterday. Got a friendly reply from Steve. I will keep him awake in april with questions, i live in Sweden.
