I somehow missed this when I bought the car back in November. I'm wondering how this could have happened. Since I've never put the cover on, I certainly didn't cause it.

The the fastener that it screws into was P/N KZR100010, but it's no longer available thru Jaguar.
I think you could make do with the same fastener that's used at the front of that quarter trim panel, which is P/N KZR100007.

The pin and fastener are also available at any good boating store. They are used in many sailing applications.
Your issue is going to be mounting it. It looks like part of the edge is missing.
