The Phone/mp3 input seems to me a must have.. I saw some step by steps on the removal and shaping of the ashtray area that I liked, and since I need to take that apart anyway to get it to close correctly... that'll have to be #1.

Also saw how spacers on the wheels push them out to the fender's endge... that looked great... and the top mod

Since the remote that came with the car was literally gutted (black plastic no buttons) and I will replace at some point, I'll be looking into that Top Mod.

Was also looking to do something to improve the GROWL...

Mine is big 20 inch deep dish rims, 120db hi fi with a decent sub woofer.
White XKRs remote hood and rear windows.
Pulley mod, now doing the top pulley.rad and reservoir ready for a whiff of NOS later in the year. Can't afford a twin screw. :-(

How can I find the process to the throttle cable adjustment. I have a 2000 xk8. Also my keyless remote barely worked. I cleaned it now it doesn't work at all. Anyway to upgrade it or should I just replace it. I would like a new look to the remote.

 

one of my favorite mods is replacing all the cars interior bulbs with white LED's

you have no idea the elegant difference it makes over the standard yellowish glow of the other bulbs. especially if you have a black interior.

 

Yellowish glow? My car has the standard blueish glow.

 

im not talking the interior cabin/dome/map lights

maybe the XK is different? but all of the Jags ive owned had ugly yellow hue interior lights.
