Default Correct Bilstein Shocks

Replacing rear shocks on my 1999 XK8. W/O Adaptive Control. Parts Geek lists 2 different shocks with basically the same description. "B4 Touring Series - w/o Adaptive Control Damping & R Performance" One is stock #W0133-1911133 for $108, the other is stock #W0133-1598682 for $159. Can anyone explain the differences between these two. I have requested info from Parts Geek, but yet no reply. I suspect different ride stiffness??? Thanks.

These should only be 1 type of rear shocks without adaptive damping. I don't recognize the partsgeek part-numbers from the Bilstein catalog, might be an old number or something.

Here is a link to the Bilstein catalog: Parts catalogue

I also see the 2 different prices - without any model number to cross-ref ... I heard that some model B4xxxxx's were discontinued, perhaps that's the difference?
