Minor Criticisms
I wish Jaguar would have given the option of either a locking storage area in place of the tiny back seats, or else a set of fitted luggage for that space. It would have saved them the cost of the upholstery, too. And it's just as easy to jam a leprechaun into a suitcase and toss it into the back as it is to listen to them whine about lack of footroom "Ach, begorrah, me poor ankles are goin' to sleep for certain, ya bleedin chav! How'd you like a close look at me lucky charms, eh?" and if you kept your leprachaun in a travel bag, you can just hit them with a stick when they get obstreporous, and they learn to keep their mouths shut.

I know that nearly everyone complains about the back seat, but this is my daily driver. One of the main reasons I started looking at XK8s was the fact that they were a 2+2 configuration.
I have a seven year old that is taken to school nearly every day with her friend wedged back there--they aren't comfortable, but they are only going 3 miles and they survive. No backseats would equal no XKR coupe for me, so I'm endlessly thankful for them...
