My 1998 XK8 has a problem w/ the Cruise and Horn that just went out at the same time. Fuses and Relays are good. The Ign Switch has been intermittant for years.It will always finally work though. The motor for the Column needs replaced. Codes don't show anything that can relate to any of these problems. Do you think its a ground problem or Harness???

 

Could be a faulty clockspring....

 

I’ve removed airbag and checked it out.
