Hi all, ive had a number of faults/ warnings on the dash ive been chasing aswell as the speedo not working intermitantly. The recurring code was right rear wheel speed sensor. I replaced the sensors and cleaned the reluctor rings with a screwdriver best i could. Did this a couple of times but no joy. Eventually i bought these two wire brushes for the drill from toolstation ( uk ) but lots of places sell them. Only cost £3.45 for two. You need 16mm dia. Anyway gave the reluctor rings a good cleaning up making sure to get the dips aswell as the peaks. Each brush did about 2 full revoloutions per side before getting a bit worn. Enough to have them gleaming and who cares for less than 4 quid! Took the car for a drive and bingo not a light in sight. I was dubious at first but the jaguar gods smiled and all is well. Relieved is not the word. Thought id post this incase it helps someone else. Ive recieved enough help on hear myself afterall.
