Crusty leather
Been a really bad day. I developed a blister in my right front tire two weeks ago and ordered a new set of four tires. The dealer said to just leave it and they'd drive it in and out of the shop until they got the tires installed. Perhaps they did but left the windows down a bit in the several rains we had since. Retrieving my car today, I noticed areas of both front seat bottoms that were lighter and "crusty" to the touch. These are the Portfolio red Recaro seats and I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and if leather conditioner will bring them back.

get a non-silicone leather conditioner such as Zymol and saturate a lint free cloth such as microfiber with it and lay it over the area. You should also rub some into the leather. Park the car in the sun and let it steam for a few days. Make sure that the dealer understands that they are responsible for this and take pictures in case there is more extensive damage.
