Here's a new one I haven't seen posted.

Going for a drive last night, when turning the key to position 2, the dash lights flashed on during systems check, prior to start up, but were OFF while running. Went through the normal turn off---restart- flip through the switches on the turn signal, but still no lights while running--BUT-- dash lights did come on when switched to the parking light position.

Didn't want to mess with it last night, but thought I would put the question out here before I investigate, to see if there was a starting point to check. Hopefully it will be a quick fix with the correct knowledge beforehand.
